HOW TO FIND US
From I-440 (Inner or Outer Beltline): Exit at Lake Boone Trail (Exit 5) and turn right towards Rex Hospital. Travel approximately 0.8 miles to Blue Ridge Road (past Rex on the right). Turn right onto Blue Ridge Road and travel 0.2 miles (Rex will still be on the right). Turn right at the sign for Rex Emergency and travel straight for 100 yards. The Medical Office Building is on the right and the parking lot is on the left. There is a drop-off area in front of the building with limited handicap parking. The office is on the fifth floor, suite 503. From I-40 (East or West): Exit at Wade Avenue (Exit 289). Exit Wade Avenue at the Blue Ridge Road exit and turn left. Travel 1.1 miles (you will see Rex Hospital on the right). Turn right at the sign for Rex Emergency and travel straight for 100 yards. The Medical Office Building is on the right and the parking lot is on the left. There is a drop-off area in front of the building with limited handicap parking. The office is on the fifth floor, suite 503.  |
