Dr. Cannon is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Medical School. He completed his internship and residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He served in the U.S. Public Health Service/Indian Health Service in Alaska from 1973-1976. He has practiced in Raleigh since 1978.
